Kenneth Morris is a decorated United States Navy Combat Veteran, Commercial Pilot, U.S. Navy Blue Angels Key Influencer, and nationally recognized aviation orator and community leader. During his naval service, he flew aboard the P-3C Orion a from Naval Air Station Whidbey Island as an Anti-Submarine Warfare Systems Operator (Acoustic) and qualified Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist. A veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, his honors include the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, NATO Medal, Kosovo Air Campaign Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, and Sea Service Deployment Medal, among others.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Kenneth is the oldest of seven siblings. Following an honorable discharge, he earned an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems with a 3.5 GPA and is currently completing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

In 2013, Kenneth founded Universal Elite Aerospace, an aviation STEM outreach organization dedicated to inspiring youth to pursue careers in aviation and aerospace. He later served as Director of Education and Outreach for Houston’s $40M Lone Star Flight Museum, developing STEM programs and aviation curriculum that reached more than 1.2 million students across Greater Houston.

In 2018, Kenneth was selected as one of seven U.S. military veterans nationwide for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Forces to Flyers initiative, addressing the national pilot shortage. Since 2020, he has served as Executive Director of the Aviation Community Foundation, advancing access, scholarships, mentorship, and leadership accountability while championing access for all people across aviation and aerospace.
