Advice to the Next Generation

Think globally. The most impactful opportunities sit at the intersection of technology, culture, and geopolitics, so build the ability to operate across all three. Take risks early, embrace unfamiliar environments, and don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. The leaders of the future will be those who can connect ideas, people, and markets across borders and turn complexity into opportunity.
